Find a bug, earn LCoins

Every report makes Lunia better. When a ticket leads to a fix, we reward the account that sent it in LCoins, credited straight to your balance. The more serious the issue, the bigger the reward.

Rewards by severity

Minor · 100 LCoins

Typos, missing translations, visual glitches and UI issues that don't block play.

Moderate · 500 LCoins

Broken quests, skills or items that work wrong, and features that fail with a workaround.

Major · 1,500 LCoins

Crashes, disconnects, lost progress, and bugs that block a stage, quest or feature.

Critical · 5,000+ LCoins

Exploits: item or gold duplication, account or payment issues, and anything that hurts other players or the economy. For severe issues we may also offer real-world compensation.

The team decides the severity and the reward after reproducing the bug. Only the first report of an issue is rewarded, and a ticket is rewarded once. You get a reply on your ticket when the LCoins are added.

How to report

Log in and open a ticket in the Bug report category.
Say what happened and what you expected instead.
List the steps to reproduce it, with your character, class, stage or area, and the time it happened.
Attach screenshots or a video if you can.

Exploits stay private

Report exploits only in a ticket with the Exploit category. Only staff can read it.
Don't post or share exploits on Discord, the community board or anywhere else.
Only test as much as you need to show the problem, then stop and report it.
Accounts that abuse an exploit, or use it before reporting it, get no reward and may be banned.
