Maintenance Notice
Hello Rodesia,
We will be performing a series of back-end improvements, AI adjustments, and deploying several pending Community-related updates. The maintenance window has been scheduled longer than expected as a precaution in case additional work is required, though we do not anticipate using the entire duration.
Fishing System Updates
Master Fishing Rods and Fishing Rods of Growth can now be used by any class, allowing greater flexibility regardless of character choice.
Transformation Potion Boxes are now available for purchase from Fayen under the Potion tab of her shop.
Character & Skill Adjustments
Dacy’s Ultimate Skill has received several improvements aimed at increasing reliability and combat flow. The transformation will no longer move backwards, ensuring improved hit consistency during activation. Additionally, the transformation duration has been reduced, and Dacy will now gain a 5-second invincibility buff once the transformation ends.
Seduction of Succubus and Moon Bind are now capable of freezing bosses.
Several Ultimate Skills that previously contained incorrect hit counts have also been corrected.
Dainn’s Dragon Heart has been fixed so that its projectile no longer disappears immediately after being cast.
The maximum level of “Towering Pillar” has been increased from 9 to 11 due to the absence of a corresponding skill dye.
Fashion & Item System Changes
Fashionable items have now been converted into non-Myth items. Existing un-scrolled stats have been removed, and these items can now be freely used in all stages.
A new scroll has also been introduced which allows players to remove status scroll effects from fashionable items.
Cash Shop Restoration Stones will no longer add untradable days when used.
Miscellaneous quest items that could improperly ban characters when right-clicked have been disabled from use entirely.
Devildoom Adjustments
The DKD Box Quest has been moved to Mepiso in Devildoom.
An issue where Devildoom Laboratory boxes received through mail could not be opened has now been resolved.
The aggressive range on the Wizard Boss within Devildoom Laboratory has also been disabled.
Freeze System Improvements
We have resolved several issues related to monster freezing behavior. Previously, monsters could teleport or behave erratically while frozen.
Frozen monsters will now properly pause their graphical effects, particles, movement, and sound effects while under freeze effects. Upon being unfrozen, all effects and behavior will resume correctly.
Additionally, frozen monsters will now be tinted BLUE to more clearly indicate their frozen state.
Chat & Interface Improvements
The chat system has received several quality-of-life improvements.
Chat history will now persist when changing stages, switching characters, or exiting the game entirely. When reopening the client, previous chat logs will remain visible.
We have also fixed text clipping issues where messages could sometimes extend beyond the visible bounds of the chat window.
Practice Field Improvements
New Practice Field Potions can now be purchased from Fayen. These potions provide a 60-second buff granting +25,000 of a selected stat, allowing players to more effectively test builds and evaluate stat priority.
Achievement & Progression Changes
Level-up achievements have been adjusted to better reflect the actual effort and progression difficulty associated with leveling.
Square Boss & Exploit Fixes
An exploit that allowed infinite gems to be generated from the Square Event Boss has been fixed.
To improve pacing and reduce downtime, the entry duration for the boss has been reduced from 10 minutes to 1 minute.
Additionally, players who die and fail to re-enter the boss arena will no longer count toward the formula used to determine drop quantities.
Upon defeat, the boss will now drop 50 random jewels or gems for each player physically present inside the arena at the moment the boss is destroyed.
