A major update has been deployed in Lunia NextGen, introducing foundational engine improvements alongside large-scale system overhauls and gameplay refinements. These changes modernize core systems and lay the groundwork for future features and stability improvements.

General / Engine

The game engine has undergone significant internal updates, fully replacing legacy infrastructure.

Due to the scope of these changes, minor issues may arise and will be addressed as they are identified.

Skills & Combat

Yuki’s teleport can no longer be prematurely canceled, ensuring all casts execute as intended.

Tia’s Deadly Blow can now be leveled up to 13.

Fixed an issue where Tia’s Rage Explosion buff icon displayed incorrectly.

Resolved an issue where hotbars failed to load during Monster Counterattack pop stages.

Visuals & Effects

Fixed missing success messages for Astral, Umbral, and Celestial shining.

Removed unnecessary visual clutter from Karen’s attacks and improved visibility of key mechanics.

Items & Crafting

Devildoom Laboratory keys now last 7 days.

Light shining success rates have been updated:
  •  Cold: 10.00% 
  •  Astral: 8.82% 
  •  Umbral: 6.45% 
  •  Celestial: 5.26% 

Accessory crafting has been reworked:
  •  Spirit accessories removed from recipes 
  •  New untradable accessory progression added 
  •  Original accessory quests restored 
  •  Tradability of select materials restored 

Devildoom I now rewards Accessory Fragment I.

Bug Fixes

Fixed an issue preventing completion of the Devastated Forest scratchcard quest.

Resolved excessively high HP values for bosses in Bonapardo House.

UI & Quality of Life

The Buff window can now be resized dynamically for improved usability.

Inventory & Bank Overhaul

The Inventory and Bank systems have been completely redesigned to improve organization, scalability, and usability.

Equipment Presets

Added Prestige equipment sets, allowing:
  •  3 equipment presets 
  •  3 cosmetic presets 
  •  3 prestige item presets 

Inventory System

Inventory has been unified into categorized tabs:
  •  Equips 
  •  Consumables 
  •  Cosmetic 
  •  Etc 

Items are automatically sorted into their appropriate category.
Each tab supports up to 255 items.

Inventory capacity has been expanded from 420 to 1020 total slots, with a new slot-based licensing system replacing bag-based upgrades.

Bank System

Bank storage has been reorganized into structured tabs:
  •  Equips, Consumables, Cosmetic, Etc 
  •  Account Shared 
  •  Overflow I–X 

Each tab supports up to 255 items.

Bank capacity has been expanded from 1100 to 3825 total slots, also using the new slot-based licensing system.

Future Preparation

Backend improvements have been implemented to support future inventory sorting and search functionality.

This update represents a major step forward in modernizing Lunia NextGen’s core systems, improving scalability, organization, and long-term maintainability.
