Shard Gear and Covenant System
Coming in the Apostasia update
Covenants are new damage modifiers: your shard gear and your enemy's Covenant decide how much damage you deal and take.
Getting a Covenant
Your shard weapon sets your attack's Covenant. Your shard chest sets your defence's Covenant.
Every other shard piece has its own Covenant: support, back, hip and accessory pieces deal more damage to enemies of that Covenant; head, legs, hands and feet take less damage from them.
