New System: Items no longer break. Each attempt either succeeds or does nothing. All materials have been unified into a single pool of upgrade catalysts. Ex: 20 upgrade + 20 restore = 40 catalysts = 2 full upgrade attempts.

  • New weekly quest grants 5 keys.

🎢 Kali – Support Role Simplification

  • Strength Buff from Forgotten/True Rhapsody of Blood ❌ REMOVED from these skills. Now exclusively via Song of Hero.
  • Song of Hero: Moved to Bless Tab. Cooldown 90s | Duration 60s. Grants Strength + Speed.
  • Sanguine Samsara: Moved to Bless Tab. No longer grants Immune to Immobilization ❌. Now grants +% Curse Damage (multiplicative) to party.
  • Phantom Phantasia: Moved to Bless Tab.
  • Song of Recovery: Heals HP only (no more Mana restore ❌). Grants Immune to Immobilization. Healing pulses at 0.231s / 1.231s / 2.231s.

Arta and Krieg

  • "Transformation" skills reworked: from Immune to Immobilization → Damage +% buff to self.

  • Static Stance System: No more cycling — stances are now freely swappable (Wind, Lightning, or Fire Goddess at will).
  • Immune to Immobilization on all Arien skills ❌ REMOVED (except Lightning Spirit).
  • Cooldown floor on combat skills ❌ REMOVED — now allows 0 cooldown (except Lightning Arrow and Heavenly Justice: min. 1s).
  • Damage from Wind Stance High Kick ❌ REMOVED.
  • Stance duration increased to 1 hour — effectively permanent.
  • Invincibility during cast ❌ REMOVED.

🏹 The Hunt – Daily Endgame Challenge System

  • Each day, players are assigned: Five random stages (1-1L to 6-10L) + One stage raid.
  • Objectives are server-wide and synchronized.
  • Clear all six tasks to earn: Gold + Guaranteed special reward from Parvati + Scratch card.

Scratch Card System:

  • Match three icons to win a prize.
  • Prize pool reshuffles with each use.

Citadel & Guild Updates

  • Fixed a bug where Halonic Citadel rankings were not being recorded.
  • Citadel of Darkness (Guild) updated:
    • Player count increased 20 → 40.
    • Rewards revised to include Guild Scratchcards.
    • Guild Point Voucher Box in Big Gold Star Box ❌ REMOVED.
  • Guild rankings updated to discount erroneous play time accumulation.

Item & Drop Adjustments

  • Removed various obsolete drops from Sardes I and Sardes II.
  • Fusion Accelerators added back to the store.
  • Additional drop attempts reworked: When a monster dies, drop table rolled against each additional attempt.
  • Legend Taskmaster Mode: now gains triple drop chance.

Gameplay Improvements

  • EXP Sharing Radius increased: 200 → 1000 maya.
  • Taskmaster Challenges: Fixed a crash when clicking on them.
  • Fixed a bug preventing Lunia Catalyst from being used on Lunia Incarnate items.
  • Practice Field: Added a jump pad to test Immune to Immobilization.
  • Aaron (Myth Square) now correctly gives the quest for Gold Wings.

Rebirth System

  • Rebirth statuses fixed with adjusted formula.

Quest & Item Reworks

  • Devastated Cash Items reworked into a quest requirement (Hard Mode completion).
  • Now rewards Pepe's Golden Apple Scratchcard.
  • Popstage Catalysts and Regrades: account vault eligible ❌ THIS BENEFIT REMOVED.

Skills & Tooltips

  • Temporary scaling tag added to skill tooltips (indicates reduced effectiveness when not fully leveled).

A variety of issues are queued up for a patch coming 19AUG2025. The following are issues that will be addressed:

Devildoom Stage

  • Party scaling (1.0x/1.4x/1.8x/2.0x) ❌ REMOVED. Stage now fixed at 1.0x for all party sizes.
  • Now rewards your choice of either a Weakened Dark Knight Devil III Catalyst (can be used to +0 to +10, or Dimly to Brightly) or Cold Shining Jewels upon completion of Knightfall Crucible (DD3).

Dark Eir – Guard of Darkness

  • Fixed bug where first invincibility buff did not pulse out.

Baphomet Raid

  • Fixed crash when opening stage select in Stage 2 or Stage 3.

Arena

  • Daily quest now completable in parties of 2 or more (not only 2).
  • Now grants 5 Cores as a fixed reward.
  • Dye box as Arena reward ❌ REPLACED by scratchcard (+65 dyes, scrolls, nametag scroll).

Tower of Torment

  • Now grants 5 Cores as a fixed reward.
  • Added scratchcard as selectable reward. Contains +11 dyes and nametag scroll.

🎁 Item Drop Changes

Monsters now drop one item per party member. All monster-dropped items are private loot — only the player whose name appears above the item can pick it up. Auto-loot now works even in party mode for private items, such as Devildoom high ores. Items not dropped directly from monsters (like stage script rewards or Devildoom clear rewards) are unaffected.

πŸ’€ Debuff Changes

The Choke (bubble) debuff no longer drops your character to the floor and instantly kills you at 0 HP. While this debuff is active, immunity to immobilization will not work.

❄️ Ryan Changes

The Freezing Railgun now has a 100% chance to freeze enemies and bosses. Its minimum cooldown has been set to 10 seconds.

This update is the result of close attention to community feedback. Our goal with this patch is to refine systems, improve overall balance, and ensure that changes remain true to the core vision of the game while enhancing long-term playability.

🏰 Stages & Dungeons

Devildoom 5/Chaos — Requested by Devildoom 5/Chaos:

  • Stage reworked to allow up to 8 players.
  • Laning phase now spawns monsters constantly rather than in large batches, reducing server load when 8 lanes are active.
  • Lane keys 1~3 ❌ REMOVED from shop — a single key remains and activates the stage.
  • Number of lanes determined by number of players at the start of laning.
  • Warder boss becomes vulnerable once the first wave of monsters has been defeated.
  • Experience can be gained across all 8 lanes.
  • Monsters no longer drop private items, reducing ore inflation.

"Sub-boss boxes are not dropping in Myth 5 and Myth 6" — Community:

  • Myth 5 and Myth 6 sub-bosses now drop their crafting and achievement-related items.

The Halloween event runs from September 15, 2025 to November 15, 2025.

During the event, the Slime Attack and Orc Attack popstages ❌ REPLACED by a special Halloween event. Team up with friends or join a random group and defeat Halloween-themed mobs. Collect candies and exchange them daily with Parvati.

Rewards:

  • Parvati trades 50 Halloween Candies for a Halloween-themed scratchcard.
  • All Halloween scratchcards are guaranteed to win on your first pick.
  • Notable rare rewards: Rare Halloween items, Four new Halloween nametags, A Halloween-themed pet.

  • UI Customization System launched: players can drag and reposition all HUD elements.

⭐ RANKING SYSTEM REVAMP — MAJOR UPDATE ⭐

The ranking system was completely overhauled to maintain fair and active competition.

  • 60-day activity window implemented: only recent data reflects in rankings.
  • Star distribution for the All-Stars leaderboard re-weighted based on difficulty.

We've added more flexibility so players can use classic-style bags, auto-separated inventories, or a mix of both.

  • Added Inventory Bags I, II, III, IV — purely generic bags, functioning like the legacy inventory system for item pickup and sorting.

🎭 Cosmetic & Cash Changes

  • The "Cash" tab renamed to "Glamour" (cosmetic-only items).
  • Added Inventory Bag "C", following the rules of the previous Cash Inventory bag (general-use cash items).

🏦 Bank Updates

  • Bank "Cash" tab renamed to "Glamour" (cosmetics).
  • Added a new explicit "Cash" bank tab, following legacy Cash Inventory rules.

πŸ” Classic vs Auto-Separated Inventories

These changes are in addition to the auto-separated inventories (Equip / Use / Etc / Glamour / Cash).

During the previous patch, inventories were converted to the auto-separated system and extra slot vouchers were granted to compensate for licensing incompatibilities.

Prefer the old bag setup?

  • Submit a request via DilmaSoft.
  • Your licenses will be reset to their pre-patch state.
  • Items will be reorganized into generic bags.
  • Any cash shop slot licenses used will be refunded as slot vouchers.

πŸ“₯ Item Placement Priority

Items will be placed in the following order:

  1. Equip
  2. Use
  3. Etc
  4. Glamour
  5. Cash
  6. Generic Bags (I–IV)

🌟 Beginner Buff ❌ REMOVED

The temporary beginner buff has been removed. ❌ REMOVED Previously, players under 3 rebirths received a buff that guaranteed 100% critical strike chance, increased movement speed, and provided a small health potion.

Reason for removal: The buff created a hostile progression scenario — advancing your character actually made it weaker once the buff was lost. Some players even capped their progression to retain it, which runs counter to the intended gameplay loop. The buff was originally meant to provide short-term assistance to new players, but over time became a handicap instead. Players will still receive the temporary starting nametag, which provides more than enough stats for comfortable leveling.

πŸ§ͺ Devildoom Laboratory — Final Boss Adjustments

Since Parvati's release in January, clears were largely limited to parties with excessive invincibility frames. Other compositions were forced into long downtime cycles, waiting on Lv.75 cooldowns just to deal damage briefly.

These changes aim to make the fight feasible, fair, and enjoyable across more classes.

βš”οΈ Parvati Changes

a. Destroying a BLUE / PURPLE potion grants the destroyer:

  • +50% damage for 30 seconds (does not stack with Ultimate buff)

b. Destroying a BLUE / PURPLE potion grants:

  • 7.5 seconds of invincibility

c. Upon potion destruction, Parvati stops her current action and lunges toward the player, enabling a head-on engagement.

d. Earthquake adjustments:

  • Earthquakes now disappear on hit (no infinite combos ❌)
  • Damage significantly reduced
  • Applies a 10s mana bleed (mitigable via potions or BLUE/PURPLE buffs)

e. Yellow circle rock summons now spawn only two sets, creating vulnerability windows.

f. Falling rocks:

  • Interrupt skill casting regardless of invincibility
  • Invincible players take no damage
  • Non-invincible players may take damage due to interruption

g. Damage from stepping on Green potions has been reduced.

h. During equilibrium phase deaths:

  • Players now lose half of each light/dark feather (instead of one full feather each ❌)

i. Fixed death limits issue:

  • Death limits incorrectly applied ❌ → Players now have infinite lives
  • Excessive deaths still fail the stage via equilibrium depletion
  • Double punishment with no recovery ❌ REMOVED

j. Duty action skill can now be dash-canceled after 0.1s, allowing it to be used as a skill cancel for dodging.

  • Devildoom Laboratory now supports up to 8 party members.
    • Each additional party member increases monster and boss HP by +1x.
  • ⚠️ Achievements will NOT be granted for parties with 5 or more members.

  • Fixed issue where the chat bar could not be moved from the bottom-right corner.
